There are several sources corroborating President Obama’s invitation that the Custodian Chief Executive meet with him.  The latest was embedded in the second episode of the season, on October 2, 2009.

Wolf et al. also embedded in the script another instance of coercive diplomacy – the threat to use lethal military force and effect the death penalty to fix Canada’s geo-dysfunctionalities and contain and neutralize the hegemony initiative.

As the diplomacy archive confirms Dick Wolf’s NBC-broadcast ‘Law & Order’ has been a heavily relied upon communiqué delivery medium since late 2004.  It continues that tradition at the commencement of the 2009-2010 season.

The second episode emphasized the Chinada threat; the primary geo-theme being those who threaten the 21st century must be eliminated either through lethal military force if they resist capture or capital punishment to procure a deterrent effect for today’s and tomorrow’s tyrants, dictators and despots who want to replicate being that kind of menace.

The other international purpose was to add more corroboration to not just the invitation, but also the entire process that led to it: years of diplomacy that proved inefficacious, Her Majesty’s transfer of sovereign authority to the Custodian-in-Council and the Custodian Chief’s selection then election by the coalition’s political leadership.

The public plot involves the murder of a police crime scene technician.  Not only is she Chinese, so is alleged perpetrator.  The latter is portrayed as a pathological liar – a proven Beijing leadership personality trait.  Chinese leaders purport to amicable relations with the civilized and civilizing world, yet engage in nefarious criminality, corruption and human rights violations and plot and plan global domination with their Canadian bedmates.

Wolf et al. waste no time getting to the international point.  Crime scene technicians are moving a discovered decomposed corpse into a body bag.  They articulate the fact that the coalition is going to arrange the Custodian Chief’s travel.   Added is a reminder of one of the reasons for the coalition’s formation, stealth cognition technology related torture – choosing the Wolf-Grazer-Kelly torture identifier.

Chinese:         From the level of decomp Chief it looks like it’s been there for weeks.

Chief:             Okay, bring ‘em out.

Chinese:        [protracted Branson-Sarkozy; car honk]

Assistant:      Grab a leg…Daisy.

Chinese:        Sorry, I was… [honk]

Assistant:       I know; focus okay?  On three; one, two three.

                       [leg detaches]

Chinese:        Damn it.

Assistant:      Take it easy.

Chinese:       This sucks, Colin.  It totally sucks.

Assistant:      Daisy, trust me.  Things will work out. [honk]

Scene Two is a very graphic scene of the murder – one that undoubtedly will not produce the effect desired; namely bringing the Chinada command to the negotiating table.  A police officer escorts the two detectives to the crime scene; finding the Chinese technician laying on the kitchen floor in a pool of blood; the murder weapon, a knife, beside the body.

The next scene that has geo-relevance occurs during the trial.  The communiqué is inserted when defense counsel cross-examines Detective Lupo, who’s scripted to have had a romantic liaison with the accused murderer.  The police originally charged another suspect, but in due course changed their minds when the evidence pointed them in the direction of the defendant.

Counsel:         And when that case fell apart you went after another poor sap to take his place, isn’t that right?

Det. Lupo:       No that’s not right.

Counsel:          Isn’t that why you seduced my client?

Det. Lupo:       No; and I wouldn’t say I seduced her. I – she [Sarkozy M. XThree] invited me into her apartment. [clip: ADA Cutter: Prince Harry M.]

The other geo-point Wolf et al. wanted to make was argued in Ideologically Warped and Clinical Mental Illness: Two Sides of the Same Political Coin.   During the defendant’s cross-examination she began to show signs of schizophrenia; accusing the judge of sleeping with her in private chambers.  A.D.A. Cutter seized on this opportunity, leading her to state he had helped in exchange for sexual interaction.

Accused:        You want it [massages genitals]?  You want this.  Don’t walk away.  You can have it.  Just help me.  I’m sick [Cl.M.]

The treatise audience will recall the psychiatric check-list of sociopathic behavior.  When cross-referenced with how Canada’s officialdom conducts the affairs of state and the security apparatus protects the status quo it confirms how profoundly dysfunctional so many Canadians and Chinese-Canadians are.  That medical condition worsened in 2009 because of perceived coalition impotence and indecisiveness to the point of being in the early stages of clinical psychopathology as in part argued in:
